Onion -2 big sized
- Heat oil in a pan,fry chopped onion and red chilly till they are golden brown.
- Allow it to cool and add tamarind,salt and grind to a fine paste.
- Serve with dosa or idli of your choice.
- If you require, add tempering of mustard and curry leaves.
- Cut the onions in big pieces.
- This onion chutney would serve as better side dish for millet dosa varieties.
