|Curry Masal Powder|
- Take care not to burn the ingredients while roasting.
- You can also add star anise while roasting. I didnt add because then it will be similar like garam masala. I wanted less of aroma in my powder.
- Wash and air dry the curry leaves previously before adding them.
- I used this powder in making Potato fry, Ladys finger, cutlet and in few non-veg recipes too..:-)
