Note:
  • Curry masal powder is different from garam masala, because they do not contain much aroma of spices, instead they are blended with dal, coriander, pepper, spices, chillies and curry leaves.
  • If you do not have time to prepare this replace with garam masala but the taste differs completely.
  • If you would like to have a gravy form, add additional, onion, tomato and curry masal powder.
  • This dry potatoes can be eaten just like that.
  • Take care while separating and adding the salt.
