Vegetable Cutlet

Vegetable Cutlet – Cutlet is a healthy snack made purely with vegetables. Though it is a fried snack, unlike other fritters cutlet does not require too much frying as the vegetables are boiled and cooked already. • If the bean is hard then do not use it, because it will not be cooked completely while frying.
  • I had soft variety of beans which is thin and slender.
  • Making the shape of the cutlet I learned from the cooks in a wedding function. So shaping cutlet using tumbler would be of very easy method when preparing in large quantities.
