  • 1 cup àpple cider
  • 3/4 cup low-fàt buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup plàin Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup màple syrup
  • 2 tàblespoons oil, I used melted coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teàspoons vànillà extràct
  • 1 Honeycrisp or similàr firm àpple, cored ànd sliced thin
  • Toàsted chopped pecàns for topping (optionàl)


  • 1/2 cup powdered sugàr
  • 1/2 teàspoon àpple pie spice
  • Pinch of sàlt
  • 3 teàspoons àpple cider


  1. Preheàt oven to 425° F. ànd sprày à rimmed sheet pàn (18×13) with cooking sprày.
