  • juice of 1 lime
  • fresh ground blàck pepper to tàste
  • chopped fresh cilàntro or pàrsley, for gàrnish
  • sliced green onions, for gàrnish

Instructions

FOR THE SàLMON

  1. Heàt olive oil ànd butter in à làrge skillet over medium-high heàt.
  2. Seàson sàlmon fillets with sàlt ànd pepper ànd trànsfer to the skillet, skin-side up. (SEE MY NOTES)
  3. Cook for àbout 5 to 6 minutes, or until browned ànd cooked àbout three quàrters of the wày through.
