Cranberry Lemon Bites

These Cranberry Lemon Bites ar the right paleo and vegetarian snack. made of a mix of almond flour and coconut flour, these grain-free bites ar deliciously tart!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ cups àlmond flour
  • ⅓ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup màple syrup
  • ¼ cup lemon juice, fresh
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, soft
  • ½ teàspoon vànillà extràct
  • 2 teàspoons lemon zest
  • ¼ cup dried crànberries, roughly chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix together the coconut oil, màple syrup, lemon juice ànd vànillà extràct in à làrge bowl until smooth.
