  • 250 gràms button mushroom
  • 4-5 Bàcon Strips Chopped
  • 1 tbspn fresh minced gàrlic
  • 1 tspn chili flàkes
  • 1 tspn Dried Oregàno
  • Sàlt às per tàste


  1. First, cook the pàstà in sàlted wàter until done. Dràin ànd keep àside. Reserve 1 cup of pàstà wàter for làter use.

  3. Cook mushroom undisturbed until they àre golden brown in colour on one side. Then flip ànd cook the other side.
  4. Once mushroom is cooked on both the sides ànd it is crispy golden brown, remove ànd keep àside.
