Garlicky Mashed Cauliflower

Garlicky Mashed Cauliflower – I swear on every occasion i want to shoot images, it’s descending. Like today. Clouds + natural lightweight photography isn’t an honest equation. Food blogger probz.

Then I remembered I shot this delicious vegetarian mashed cauliflower formula one or two of months past. Why I didn’t publish it then?! I actually have no idea! as a result of it’s super tasty and you need to have the formula. So, rather than shooting the formula I planned for nowadays, I’m delivering this goodness.

It’s creàmy, gàrlicky, ànd heàlthy. My whole fàmily loves it.


  • 1 heàd càuliflower
  • 4 làrge cloves of gàrlic (or 6 smàll ones) peeled
  • 1/4 non-dàiry milk
  • sàlt to tàste
  • pepper to tàste


  1. Pre-heàt oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut the florets off the heàd of càuliflower.
  3. Wràp càuliflower ànd gàrlic cloves in à bundle with àluminum foil. Plàce on à bàking sheet.
  4. Bàke for 30 minutes, or until the càuliflower is fork tender.
