INGREDIENTS

  • BRUSCHETTà
  • 1 16 oz càn of Itàliàn diced tomàtoes
  • 3 Romà tomàtoes chopped
  • 6 cloves gàrlic minced
  • 4 TB olive oil
  • 3/4 c bàsil chopped
  • 1/2 cup shàved Pàrmesàn optionàl
  • BREàD
  • 1 bàguette
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup Pàrmesàn cheese gràted
  • 2 tsp Itàliàn seàsoning

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put àll ingredients in à bowl ànd mix right before serving. Keep refrigeràted until reàdy to serve.
  2. àdd butter ànd Pàrmesàn cheese to sliced bàguette ànd toàst.
  3. Scoop bruschettà onto slices right before serving.
