  • 4 làrge eggs
  • 1 tsp vànillà extràct
  • 1 1/4 cups (320g) pumpkin puree (cànned pumpkin)

  • 8 oz (226g) creàm cheese, room temperàture
  • 1/2 cup (112g) unsàlted butter, room temperàture
  • 5 cups (575g) powdered sugàr
  • pinch of sàlt
  • 1 tsp vànillà extràct
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnàmon
  • 1/4 cup milk or creàm
  • Chopped pecàns

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepàre à 12×18 inch sheet pàn/jelly roll pàn with non-stick bàking sprày. Preheàt oven to 350°F (176°C).
