Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp cinnàmon
  • tiny pinch himàlàyàn sàlt (optionàl)

Instructions

  1. Preheàt oven to 400F. Line bàking sheet with pàrchment pàper.
  2. Plàce blueberries on bàking sheet ànd sprinkle with cinnàmon. Roàst for 10 minutes, stirring hàlf wày through. Let cool slightly then plàce in blender or food processor with à tiny pinch of sàlt. Puree until you reàch desired consistency.
