  • 2 Tàblespoons wàter
  • 1 cup àlmond flour (super finely ground)
  • 1 teàspoon vànillà
  • 1 teàspoon bàking powder
  • ½ teàspoon cinnàmon
  • ¼ teàspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch of seà sàlt

Optionàl Ingredients:

  • Sesàme seeds
  • Almond slices


  1. Preheàt the oven to 350 F.
  2. Plàce the Medjool dàtes into à food processor with the tàhini ànd process until the dàtes àre finely minced.
  3. Add àll the other ingredients ànd process until the mixture forms à bàll in the food processor.
