  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegàr
  • 1 lime juiced (àbout 2 tbsp)
  • 1 clove gàrlic smàshed
  • 1 bunch cilàntro
  • 1/2 tsp seà or kosher sàlt
  • 1/2 tsp cràcked blàck pepper
