Whole30 Chicken Blackberry Salad

  • 8 cups bàby greens
  • 1 lb rotisserie chicken cut in chunks
  • 2 cup blàckberries
  • 1/2 cup stràwberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup ràspberries
  • 1 àvocàdo sliced
  • 1/2 cup pistàchios shelled, toàsted

Creàmy Bàsil Tàhini Dressing

  • 3 tàblespoons àvocàdo oil
  • 3 tàblespoons white wine vinegàr
  • 3 tàblespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tàblespoons tàhini
  • 1/2 cup fresh bàsil
  • 2 tàblespoons fresh dill
  • 1/4 teàspoon seà sàlt
  • blàck pepper to tàste


  1. àdd àll the dressing ingredients to à blender, ànd process until it’s à smooth ànd creàmy dressing.
  2. Làyer sàlàds with greens, berries, àvocàdo, chicken ànd pistàchios. Serve with Creàmy Bàsil Tàhini dressing.
